Renovation of an educational facility in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Prime Contractors that are properly licensed for this type of work are required to prequalify in order to bid. For more information about the project and how to prequalify, please go to the UAB Facilities Bid Calendar at online, refer to the bid date above, and click on the specific project number. Prequalification submissions must be received prior to the Prebid Conference. The Scope of Work is to include, but is not limited to, renovating the pit area and the adjacent corridor. Provide electrical service for new furniture in Lecture Halls A, B, C & D. Install a new operable partition between Lecture Halls C & D. Add a new single occupancy ADA-compliant restroom.
