Site work and new construction of a theater / auditorium in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,124-square-foot theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.

The proposed JCF Park Amphitheater & Auxiliary Building will be located at 8th and Broad Streets in Fremont, NE and will consist of two separate buildings. a. The Amphitheater will consist of a 2,892 square foot masonry building that will be sub-divided into a stage area, back stage area, changing rooms, restrooms, and a mechanical room. The building will utilize interior metal stud framing and interior concrete block walls to sub-divide the spaces. The exterior facade will consist of a brick veneer, metal wall slats with an EPDM roof system. b. The Auxiliary Building will consist of a 1,232 square foot masonry building that will be sub-divided into a concessions area, mechanical room and restrooms with interior concrete block walls. The exterior facade will consist of a brick veneer, pre-finished metal wall and roof panels. 2. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, paging system, and fire suppression systems shall be included under this contract. Bid Request for Information (RFI) and Substitution Requests must be submitted by July 10, 2025. Response to RFI and Substitution Request will be issued by Architect by July 15, 2025.
