Columbia County is accepting quotes for the provision and installation of an emergency generator in the exterior parking lot at the Columbia County Office Works building. T Work to be performed: o Provide and install (1)80KW 120/208V 3PH diesel generator to be located to the north or west of the existing Columbia REA Service Distribution Panel in the parking area. A history the high calculate damper age load in the last two years is unavailable. o Provide and install (1) 8" concrete pad for generator to set and anchor to. o Generator to come complete with a self-contained diesel fuel tank sized to provide 48 hours continuous run. o Provide and install (1) 800A 120/208V3PH Automatic Transfer Switch to be rack mounted between the Service Distribution Paneland new generator. oTo include factory start up service. Please email administrator@co.columbia.wa.us for bid attachments including an aerial display with the proposed location of the new emergency generator. Work shall be completed no later than Friday, January 30, 2026. Failure to complete the project by the specified date shall result in liquidated damages of $100 per day being assessed. All quotes shall be accompanied by a quote proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent(5%) of the amount of such quote. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond, the quote proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Columbia County.
