Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of work involves the work indicated in the drawings and specifications, which includes miscellaneous exterior finishes, foundation waterproofing, column protection and exterior site work involving storm-water management, a private fire-hydrant, a water backflow shed, site grading, curbs, sidewalks and asphalt paving with various landscaping elements, as indicated. Refer to Separate Prices. Provide a TEN PERCENT (10%) Bid deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to Matawa First Nations Management. Submit with the Bid Form and Bid Bond, a Consent of Surety, stating that the surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond required to be carried by the successful bidder.
