**As of September 9th, 2025, the project was awarded to Atkins Bros. Equipment Company, with an awarded amount of $3,621,121.50.** The City of Justin, Texas, will receive sealed bids on the named project for the construction of water main improvements in the Old Town Area consisting of approximately 19,500 LF of 8" PVC C-900 Water Main, 2,300 LF of 12" PVC C-900 Water Main, 10 tons of ductile iron fittings, 22 fire hydrants, 188 service and meter boxes, 125 gate valve and valve boxes and other associated items. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Security Deposit in the form of a cashier s check or bid bond payable to City of Justin, Texas in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest Total Bid Price must accompany each Bid. This project is funded by a SWIFT Loan from the Texas Water Development Board.
