Renovation of a mixed-use development in Decaturville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Installation of a new 3070 hollow steel door and frame in existing brick building o 5' X 5' covered metal landing with guardrails and handrails. Painted. o 3 Feet wide metal stairs with guardrails and handrails leading to landing. Painted. o Door should have 3 hinges, closure, weather stripping, 1 exit device, 1 rim cylinder, 1 kick plate, 1 door sweep, and 1 threshold o Repair drywall and dryvit where door is to be installed. Paint door and drywall repair. o Patch floor as needed. Interested bidders will need to contact Keith Dickson, Facilities Supervisor, to do an onsite inspection of the project. Bids shall be presented in sealed envelopes, plainly marked on the outside with Board Office Exit Door name of person or firm submitting bid and including all appropriate license and insurance. Bids will be received only from responsible firms or persons capable of filling same. The board has committed to award bid to the low bidder The owner reserves the express right to accept any bid or reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
