Work performed shall include the vacuum excavation of underground infrastructure, which may be in conflict with the District's mainline replacement or maintenance activities. These services would be required throughout the District's service area. Vacuum excavation of underground infrastructure would include, but not be limited to, the precise location and identification of water, recycled water, irrigation, gas, electric, sewer, storm drain, cable, telephone, and fiber optic. Any Contractor awarded a contract by the District in which a single project results in excess of $25,000 must file a payment bond with the District.
