Site work for a civil project in Marengo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity which does not affect the competitive nature of the bidding process or to reject any or all bids. The lowest and best bidder will be awarded the contract. Any questions shall be in writing and directed to Philip Lewis, Director of Water/Wastewater Treatment, by email at plewis@kemccartney.com This project includes installation of two (2) new pump stations, approximately 3,350 LF of 12 gravity sewer, 810 LF of 4 force main, and 420 LF of 2 force main. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid questions will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Philip Lewis at 52 N. Diamond St., Mansfield, OH 44902 or emailed to plewis@kemccartney.com and to be given consideration must be received at least seven calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. A
