Proposed Scope of Work: The scope of work includes full architectural and/or engineering services for various projects at Fort Morgan Historic Site, located in Gulf Shores. The projects will vary in size, complexity, and duration. The work may include, but is not limited to, design of a new comfort station and necessary septic system upgrades. The term of the agreement will be for two (2) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. This request for qualifications is not an offer to contract but seeks the submission of qualifications from qualified, professional respondents that may form the basis for the negotiation of an agreement. The Awarding Authority/Owner reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to solicit additional qualifications, through the RFQ process, if that is determined to be in the best interests of the State of Alabama. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
