Bids shall include, and Bidders shall submit with their Bids, bid security in the form of: (i) a bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming West Geauga Local Schools as obligee for the total amount of the Bid, including add alternates; or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, including add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Each bid shall be filed on forms furnished with the Bid Documents and shall be delivered in an opaque sealed envelope, the outside properly marked with the Project Title, Date, and Time of Bid Opening.
