The City of St. Charles ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified commercial contractors for all labor, materials, equipment and related work specified within this Request for Proposal for HVAC unit located at Public Works Sign Shop. Bid Bond YES All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of St. Charles Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
