Renovation of a water / sewer project in Plainview, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Plainview Water District- GAC Vessel Replacement at Plant No. 3 Orchard Street, Plainview, NY, USA PLWD2501 The purpose of the project is to replace existing 20,000-pound granular activated carbon vessels with 40,000-pound granular activated carbon vessels in the Plainview Water District for the treatment of perfluorinated compounds. B. All work shown and specified in the Contract Documents shall be the work of this Construction Contract. The Owner anticipates awarding other prime contracts for installation of equipment for the project. C. This Section provides an abbreviated summary of the work for the Construction Contracts associated with the Owner's program to construct the project. D. Each Contractor has been provided with copies of all relevant construction drawings for related construction contracts whose work may directly effect and impact the work under this Contract. 1. Each Contractor shall provide a complete and operational project in anticipation of these affects and impacts. 2. It is each Contractor's responsibility to investigate the work that will be performed by others and consider such in the conduct of his/her work.
