Stanton ISD will receive sealed proposals for Construction Management-at-Risk for the following generally described scope of work: New Middle School for 324 students, approx. 143,000 SF, on a clean site with no existing structure. High School Re-Floor after asbestos abatement most likely to be packaged with the Middle School Project. Existing Elementary School Additions and Renovations (3 to 4 phases). Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened.
