Reference Number 0000297049 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/21 04:00:00 PM CDT Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is issuing the following Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) for leak assessment services for compressed air to support our Leak Assessment and Repair Program (the “Program”) for a minimum three-year term. Leak assessments help customers in the commercial, industrial, or agricultural capacity in Manitoba to identify and detect leaks in their compressed air systems. Through these assessments, customers are provided with assessment reports outlining leak information, and help customers take corrective actions to optimize their system’s efficiency and reduce overall energy use in the facility. Throughout Manitoba, the Program estimates approximately 50 leak assessments to take place annually. Leak assessment services for compressed air include providing customer education and support, detecting leaks, and reporting on leaks and energy savings for customers throughout Manitoba. To participate in the program Service Providers must agree on a price with customers, estimate energy savings and apply online for pre-approval. Service Providers are required to visit the customer's facility and perform a leak assessment by physically tagging, calculating, and reporting on leaks. Compressed air leaks must be unintentional; inappropriate end uses do not qualify for the program. After completing the assessment, Service Providers are required to update the online application and upload all necessary documents required by the program including assessment report, savings calculator, and a customer-paid invoice. Service Providers are expected to follow up with the customer throughout the project to encourage the repair of any leaks and verify repairs through work orders, invoices, or images.
