The City of Manteca ("City") is soliciting proposals for construction management & inspection services for Various Roadway, Bike, and Pedestrian Improvement Project(s) ("Project") in the City. Selection will be based on qualifications only. The City will negotiate with the highest ranked firm for the final scope and fee. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The following projects are to be considered as separate individual tasks providing full scope similar CM Services, the City may choose to award any combination of project as part of this RFP: Wawona Pavement Improvement Project - the improvements include pavement milling, placement of pavement fabric and asphalt concrete overlay, rubber cape seal, digout repairs, installation of Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") curb ramps, and striping along Wawona Street from Union Road to Main Street Shasta Park Area Pavement Improvement Project- the improvements entail placement of rubberized cape seal, asphalt overlay, installation of ADA curb ramps, digout repairs, crack sealing, and striping along the Shasta Park area (bounded by N. Main Street, E Louise Avenue, HWY 99, and E. Edison Street) Safe Routes to School Project CIP 23006: installation of enhanced pedestrian crossings, curb ramps, pedestrian hybrid beacon HAWK signal at Moffat and Garfield, new signal at Main & Jason, and ancillary safety improvements in the vicinity of Brock Elliot Elementary, Golden West Elementary, Manteca High, Shasta Elementary, Sierra High, & Stella Brockman Elementary schools. There is no DBE goal for this project. The City accepts no responsibility if delivery is made to another electronic mail address or other technological issues that cause a submittal to be late or not received by the deadline. No extensions will be granted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any item or part thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals. The City reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this RFP at any time without prior notice and the City makes no representation that any contract will be awarded to any firm responding to this RFP. The City reserves the right to re-issue a new RFP for the same or similar services. The City reserves the right to postpone proposal openings for its own convenience. Proposals received by the City are public information and must be made available to any person upon request. Submitted proposals are not to be copyrighted.
