Project Description: Asphalt Concrete Paving (ACP) Overlay to approximately 1,200 feet of SE Howard Rd, vicinity of 37,000 to 38,000 blocks. See Plan Set for details. No Pre-Bid Meeting. Bidders should post all questions on the Q&A board of this Sourcing Event at least 10 days prior to the Bid Opening date as specified in the Contract and Specifications for Construction. Bid Documents, Specifications and Additional Requirements: See the Buyer Attachments page for the Contract and Specifications for Construction and Plan Set which contain all bid documents, contract terms, specifications, and plans. Bid Guaranty: Upload an electronic copy of a Bid Bond with Power of Attorney, certified check or cashier's check, payable to Multnomah County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price. The Bid Bond shall be on a form similar to the included bond form. Upload this document to the Supplier Attachment section of Multco Marketplace when you submit your bid. Mobilization Date: Mobilization is estimated for the week of September 15th, or as soon after Contract execution as practical. Engineer's Estimate: The Engineer's Estimate is $135,000 to $145,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
