B. The existing state prevailing rate of wage and, if applicable, the federal prevailing rate of wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 3141 et seq.) apply to this work. For each individual that will be badged, the Contractor shall provide name, contact information, doors to be accessed, and hours of the day the badge will be used.
