The renovation scope includes: . Demolition of existing partition walls Installation of new partitions and doors . Replacement of floor finishes and ceilings . Plumbing modifications . Minor HVAC rework . Lighting upgrades Windsor Essex Country Health Unit ("WECHU") currently operates out of its main Windsor facility, located at 1005 Ouellette Avenue, along with other satellite locations. WECHU has engaged Di Maio Design Associates Architect Inc. (DMA) for planning the renovations to this existing four-storey building located at 1005 Ouellette Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4J8, which currently houses administrative offices and clinic spaces for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU). Project Overview This project entails the renovation of an existing four-storey building with a total area of approximately 3,640 square meters (39,180 square feet). The primary objective is to enhance the facility's functionality, accessibility, and operational efficiency, while ensuring full compliance with applicable building codes, health regulations, and the specific programmatic requirements of the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU).
