The furnishing of all labour, equipment, material, disposal and supervision necessary to complete the removal of in-ground hoists and replacement of concrete floor within Transit Windsor Garage. The scope of the work consists of removing seven (7) obsolete in-ground hoists along with their foundations, infilling the excavation and replacing the concrete floor to match existing. All questions and requests for clarification are to be made in writing and submitted to purchasing@citywindsor.ca using the subject line PREQUAL TENDER NO. 102-25 Transit Windsor Garage In-Ground Hoist Removals Project. The City will review all questions and, if a response is warranted, the question and the response will be issued by way of written addendum to all Bidders. The City may edit or rephrase the question or may not issue a response to any question which, in the City's opinion, do Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are received by Purchasing prior to the Submission Deadline as noted in the document. The City is NOT responsible for bids which have not been properly identified or received on time.
