The scope of work in this RFPc is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes: Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) is seeking proponents to submit a single proposal for Kitchen Renovation Services at two developments locations in Windsor. The two address groups outlined in this RFPc are as follows, and further illustrated in Part 13: Location Specifications: 1. Group 1 - Arthur J. Reaume Manor Development - 605 Mill St., Windsor, ON 2. Group 2 - Bridgeview 1&2 Development - Various locations, Windsor, ON a. The Proponent shall design and fabricate kitchens for each of the units in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, and best practices. Furthermore, design and deliver the kitchen in such a way to facilitate installation which reduces downtime and tenant inconvenience. b. The Proponent shall be responsible for the supply of new & durable kitchen cabinets, countertops complete with handles, Kitchen sinks and other components as per the detailed specifications. c. The Proponent shall deliver and install the kitchens to the noted job site locations in Windsor. The Proponent and its selected installers shall coordinate with CHC and adhere to the design and production schedule agreed upon to facilitate a smooth delivery process. All 222 kitchens are to be completed in 2025 should be installed in a timely and efficient manner on or before the substantial completion date specified in RFPc Schedule B Part 6.2 Sequencing.
