**As of August 1st, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** Scope of Work available at online or contact: Rick Bellis, Certified Purchasing Officer/Village Administrator rbellis@vtsv.org 575-776-8220 Scope: o Install meter pads as needed for underground electrical metering. o Trench and install underground electrical lines from meters and transformers to the edge of resident properties, ending in a cutoff or junction box. o Contact proper authorities for utility spots or questions before and during trenching. All right of way electrical lines needs to be installed at a depth of 4 feet from the main service to the edge of residential properties. All installations shall be coordinated with the Project Manager and Public Works department. Roadways needing installations include Coyote Lane, Phoenix Switchback, Chipmunk Road, Twining Road, and Upper Twining Road as well as section of the Amizette area. In total there are 26 residences needing underground installation. The Village of Taos Ski Valley will pay for all right-of-way work. All work conducted on residential property shall be required to be approved and paid for by residents. The Price agreement shall have a price per foot of secondary line installation, price per service cutoff box, and price per meter pad (using industry standard 4- meter, meter pads). Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of proposals will not be answered
