Taos County seeks proposals from qualified contractors or service providers to implement a Community Energy Efficiency Program funded through the New Mexico Community Energy Efficiency Development (CEED) Block Grant Program (HB 37). The selected contractor will be responsible for carrying out residential energy efficiency improvements and associated services in underserved communities within Taos County, in accordance with the Governmental Services Agreement (GSA No. 25-521-0300-0154) with the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD) and relevant provisions of the CEED Act. Question Submission Deadline:October 3, 2025, 9:00am Taos County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive all formalities. Project management and quality control work related to Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) will be charged to the Retrofit Work & ECM budget, within the total implementation budget of $1,712,778.05.
