Site work for a civil project in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project has been Rebid A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. The Project consists of the replacement of the existing septic system at three park facilities, Family Campground Loop A, Family Campground Loop C, and the Family Campground Dump Station. Additionally the proposed work includes the replacement/realignment of the water distribution system servicing the Group Campground and an extension of that distribution system to the existing boathouse. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Project consists of the dredging, repair, and maintenance of wastewater lagoons at three Park Access Areas: Poplar Point, Parkers Creek, and Vista Point; as well as the replacement of the above ground irrigation system and maintenance thinning and replanting of vegetative field cover, plus all other work indicated in the contract documents. NCDNCR reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
