**As of September 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Pavement Technology, Inc., with an awarded amount of $360,341.52** 90,598 SY RECLAMITE(R) ASPHALT REJUVENATOR Instruction to Bidders: Email Excel file bid form to adam.stephenson@apexnc.org. Mobilization and traffic control are incidental to the asphalt rejuvenator price. No separate payment shall be made. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt-rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces at locations specified. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. Work shall be in accordance with the specifications, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and specifications conditions of this contract. 1.1 Qualifications: The asphalt-rejuvenating agent shall be applied by an experienced applicator of such material. The bidder shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a minimum of 5 previous projects applying the product proposed for use. A projectsuperintendent knowledgeable and experienced in application of the asphalt- rejuvenating agent must be in control of each day's work.
