The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: Pueblo County Detention Center - South Berm Stabilization Project SCOPE OF WORK - This project involves the design and installation of a slope stabilization system using a cellular confinement system, including grading requirements, geotextile fabric as may be required by cellular manufacturer, all anchoring, tendons, and fasteners as required by the confinement system product manufacturer. All aggregate required for the project is to be provided by Pueblo County and shall not be part of this IFB. A 5% Bid Bond must accompany each bid received. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Pueblo County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority, small, disadvantaged & women owned enterprises are encouraged to submit competitive bids for this project. Pueblo County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities.
