Renovation of a municipal facility in Dansville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids shall include Provide labor and materials to install 2 Roberts Gordon 80,000 btu Radiant heaters and or heater equivalent to that specified. To replace existing heaters in the new addition to the highway shop. Provide labor and materials to install 2 Roberts Gordon 125,00 btu heaters and or heater equivalent to that specified to replace existing Reznor heater in the highway barn. Bids shall include all gas piping from existing gas line. New thermostats and any electrical circuits are required. Work should be done to minimize highway crew work disruption, and the contractor shall provide any lifts and equipment necessary for installation. The Town of West Sparta reserves the right to refuse any and or all bids
