**As of August 5th,2025, the project was awarded to Consolidated Engineering, Inc., with an awarded amount of $807,954.80.** The Project is located along Tesla Drive and Christopher Way. The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to; grind and dispose 3" of existing pavement surface, install glass grid, 3" of new Hot Mix Asphalt overlay, Type II Microsurfacing, new signing and thermoplastic striping, and perform all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Contract Plans and Specifications. DIR Registration. Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder's Subcontractors' List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the Work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall be a DIR Registered Contractors. Each Bid Proposal submitted to the City must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
