Site work for a civil project in Franklin, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), under its Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) owns and operates the regional wastewater collection and treatment system serving the Lakes Region communities of Center Harbor, Moultonborough, Gilford, Meredith, Laconia, Belmont, Sanbornton, Northfield, Tilton and Franklin. The WRBP is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for Groundwater Monitoring Well Development for the WRBP Franklin Wastewater Treatment Facility (Franklin WWTF) located at 528 River Street, Franklin, NH 03235. The contract for Groundwater Monitoring Well Development described in Exhibit B will cover the drilling and development of one new monitoring well to replace an existing well that has failed and for decommissioning the failed well. A site visit is highly recommended to determine site conditions prior to submission of a proposal.
