The work consists of seal coating and pavement marking of the Franklin Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) compound, as well as line striping of the WWTF River Street Extension in Franklin, New Hampshire. The work is to be performed on the access road to the facility (River Street Extension between Winnipesaukee St. and the Franklin WWTF) and inside the fence line at the facility compound. Seal coating, pavement marking, and line striping shall be completed when weather permits after contract approval and must be finished prior to June 30, 2026. Contractors are responsible for evaluating access and the level of effort needed and are strongly encouraged to arrange a site visit. Facility operations must not be disrupted, and traffic access along River Street Extension must be maintained, including coordination with property owners needing access. Proposals must meet all solicitation conditions and be submitted by the stated deadline. Contractors are responsible for errors or omissions and must comply with insurance and business registration requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and qualified bidder. The contractor will be solely responsible for errors or omissions; therefore, it is strongly recommended each firm arrange a site visit prior to finalizing their proposal. This will provide contractors with an opportunity to evaluate access to the work sites and the level of effort needed to complete the work. Facility operations shall not be disrupted during project completion. Traffic access along River Street Extension shall be maintained during performance of the work, including coordination with property owners needing access.
