Site work for a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of modifying an existing diversion structure to provide fish passage. Activities include altering an existing irrigation structure to incorporate additional concrete and constructing new wingwalls. In-stream work activities include excavation, grading, installation of new reinforced concrete wing walls, and a riffle/rock weir structure. Construction is scheduled for October 1 through October 31, 2025. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder prior to the award of a contract if the bid amount is greater than $50,000. If a bidder does not currently have a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho, he must verify the capability of obtaining a license prior to submitting a proposal. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid if total project value is greater than $50,000. Any person contemplating the submission of a proposal shall have thoroughly examined all of the various parts of these Documents, and should there be any doubt as to the meaning or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request of the Owner, in writing (at least 6 working days prior to bid opening), an interpretation thereof.
