This is an RFQ for a 3-year blanket order agreement. The awarded bidder/vendor is required to supply Hardware for Doors such as sets, switches, locks & magnets to NYCHA. These materials should be readily available for delivery within 30 days after receipt of order on an "as needed basis" during the duration of the contract period. The quantities provided are estimates based on current usage and the New York City Housing Authority may order less or more depending on our needs. All price adjustable RFQ'S are fixed for one year after award date. Awarded vendors are entitled to one price increase per year upon review of manufacturer's supporting documentation justifying the requested line-item price increase. Payment terms are 2/10 NET 30. All questions regarding SMPD MATERIALS DOOR HARDWARE (Set, Switch, Lock & Magnet) should be submitted via email. Responses to all questions will be uploaded in I-Supplier.
