Description: The contractor agrees to furnish all equipment, labor, material and supplies, etc. needed to construct the project. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made by addendum only issued and/or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. The addenda upon closing shall become a part of the Contract. The Purchasing Department will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed documents.
