Price Street and Bunny Lane Pave Project East Grove Street Pave Project BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Price Street and Bunny Lane Pave Project is funded by a grant from the Local Share Account (LSA) Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority and all requirements of this Authority are to be met by the Bidders. The successful bid will be required to submit Non- Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause which is contained in the Contract Documents. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to foe date fixed for opening bids will be given consideration.
