Renovation of a military facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The scope of this project is to 1) apply Mesh Reinforced Elastomeric Coating (MREC) on roof surfaces, replace exterior doors and windows assembly, 2] Replace plumbing fixtures; 2-ea toilet wall mounted flush valve water closet, 3-ea lavatory, and 1-ea urinal, 1-ea service sink including 100-lf pipes/ fittings and all supported accessories, 3] Install plumbing pipes approximately 40-lf of 1-1/2" inch, 30-lf of 3/4-inch pipe complete with fittings and all required accessories, 4] Replace 1-ea RPLF4A Series 1-1/2" in. Bronze SAE Backflow Preventer complete with fittings, pipes, elbows, stand /support and all supported accessories, 5] Replace 2-ea water heater, isolate, secured water gate valve, supply inlet/outlet in way of works, As of June 30, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
