PROJECT OVERVIEW Replace all existing fire sprinkling irrigation lines in the utility warehouse and office structure to ensure compliance with current fire safety standards and improve overall safety. Work to be completed at the Energy services Center Warehouse and Office Structure located at 1701 South 37th Street, Ft Pierce Florida, 34947. PURPOSE OF PROPOSAL Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed professional contractors for a "Turnkey" replacement of the existing fire sprinkler and the installation of a new Fire Sprinkler System for the Energy Services Center (ESC) Building located at 1701 South 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 34947.
