3rd Avenue N Trunk Sewer Repair Project Project Scope: Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation by means of Cured-In-Place Pipe Liner (CIPP). Three (3) 24 Point Repairs and 352 LF of 24" CIPP. Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid opening. The contact person for the project is Amy Whitson. Official Bid Documents can also be obtained at online. if any bidder contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Engineer/Architect or Construction Manager, as the case may be, a written request for an interpretation thereof at least ten (10) days prior to bid opening or as otherwise proscribed in the bid documents. Question Deadline 07/14/2025 The City of Tuscaloosa has established a goal of ten to twenty percent (10-20%) inclusion of disadvantaged business enterprises (hereinafter sometimes "DBE") 20 for all services required to deliver City projects. In no case shall the stated percentage be the determining factor in contract awards. Rather, contractors must demonstrate a good faith effort to attain the desired percentage goal
