You are invited to review and respond to this IFB 08A3859, titled Trash Collection, Hauling, and Disposal Services in San Bernardino County. In submitting your bid, you shall comply with the instructions found herein. In addition to those programs and preferences that are specified in this solicitation, Prospective Contractors are encouraged to consider programs and preferences that are available, such as those for the use of small businesses, disadvantaged businesses, disabled veteran businesses, and other businesses covered by State and Federal programs and preferences.
