The scope of work is the Bloomington High School Portable Decommissioning Project. The instructions to bidders include attending a mandatory job walk, which will take place at 2:00 P.M. at Bloomington High School located at 10750 Laurel Ave., Bloomington, CA. Participants are instructed to meet in front of the Administration Building and check in before the job walk. There is a 5-minute grace period after the stated start time, and contractors arriving after this period will not be allowed to sign in and will have their bids considered unresponsive. The job walk is mandatory for general contractors and optional for subcontractors.
