Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in League City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.

Scope of Work of the Contract includes but is not limited to: site preparation; layout and marking; construction fencing; procurement, delivery, and installation of pool shade structures; safety surfacing; installation of site amenities; concrete and hardscape improvements; final grading and landscaping; inspection and testing; and all cleanup and closeout activities necessary for the completion of the Westwood Recreational Center Pool Shades project.
