Reference Number 0000391591 The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from one (1) or more qualified Contractor(s) to provide On-Call Painting Services. These services are to be provided on an on-call, as needed basis for both interior and exterior projects. Northern Water is seeking qualified painting contractor(s) to provide the services of an experienced paint team, along with all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals required to complete the Scope of Work outlined in this RFP. As part of this solicitation for On-Call Painting Services, an initial project is planned for exterior painting on Building A of the Northern Water Berthoud Campus, with an anticipated start date in late summer of 2025. A more detailed scope of work for this project is attached hereto as Attachment B Contract Term: Northern Water will enter an agreement with the selected firm and a purchase order will be created for the project based on the proposal pricing. The duration of this agreement will be one year. Northern Water may elect to renew this agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms by providing written notice of renewal to the Contractor at least 30 days prior to expiration of the current term of the agreement. The selected firm has the option to not extend the agreement by providing a written notice at least 45 days prior to the agreement expiration date.
