Reference Number 0000391674 The City acquires ROW parcels on an ongoing basis to support roadway, drainage, utility, and economic-development projects. Qualified firms will provide turnkey services--compliant with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (49 CFR Part 24), Texas statutes, and any TxDOT or federal funding requirements--under task orders issued during the contract term Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 07/18/2025 12:00 PM EDT. The City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive technicalities, and to terminate the selection process at any time. The resulting professional-services agreement will be an on-call, task-order contract with an initial term of one (1) year and up to four (4) one-year renewals at the City's option. Compensation will be on a time-and-materials or lump-sum basis per task order, in accordance with Texas Gov't Code 2254 (Professional Services Procurement Act) and subject to annual appropriations. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any SOQ, waive informalities, and hold SOQs for up to sixty (60) days for evaluation, all as deemed in the City's best interest.
