Reference Number 0000393675 Question Deadline 08/04/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Weslaco is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to establish a rotation list for each provision of engineering services for public infrastructure and capital improvement projects. Interested firms shall clearly identify the specific service category or categories for which they are submitting their qualifications. The City intends to establish the following service categories under this RFQ: General Civil & Public Infrastructure Engineering Water and Wastewater Engineering Traffic & Environmental Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Bid Intent Deadline 08/20/2025 11:00 AM EDT September 2, 2025: City Commission meeting to award top rated firms. The City of Weslaco reserves the right to accept any and all RFQ responses and to waive any informalities and/or to accept the SOQ response to be the best and most advantageous to the City and to hold SOQ responses for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the RFQ opening without acting for the purpose of reviewing and investigation of the qualifications of each response prior to award.
