Will County is requesting sealed statement of qualifications from candidates for The Operation and Maintenance of the Will County Prairie View Landfill RNG Plant. Contract Commencement: December 1, 2025 The respondent acknowledges the right of the County of Will to reject any or all statements of qualification, to waive any non-material informality or irregularity in any statement of qualificationsreceived, and to accept the statement of qualifications deemed most favorable to the interest of the County of Will after all have been examined and evaluated. In addition, the respondent recognizes the right of the County of Will to reject a statement of qualifications if it is in any way incomplete or irregular.
