Renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Please provide pricing for two (2) exterior concrete ramps, one (1) interior ramp and one (1) concrete landing and stairs as shown on sheets C101 and A1.1 of the drawings. Additionally, provide pricing for the appropriate trades required for the fit-out of two (2) new 1st level restrooms and fit-out of one office with integrated bathroom. Work should include but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing walk-ways in these areas leading to the building, site work in prep for new access per requirements, new concrete ramps, stairs and landings, new pipe railing. Plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, trim, painting and flooring. Trades can be separated for the purpose of specific scopes in an effort to achieve the necessary work for this phase of construction. Provide add alternate for new flooring in the hallway from the side entrance to the fellowship hall. Your proposal should include Permits and Inspections related to the work, manpower to complete the work, clean-up of all debris to dumpster (dumpster should be included in your bid), hauling of debris, final cleanup in preparation of work to follow.
