1. Site evaluation and analysis of existing conditions 2. Design/landscape for Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh site utilizing native perennial flowers 3. Perennials to have three-season interest 4. Provide a flower list including the type of flowers, quantities and color selection - Work with Site Manager and Project Manager for approval 5. Provide detailed design of layout 6. Provide soil amendment if necessary 7. Provide demolition (if needed) and preparation of soil 8. Provide all planting, soil, and mulching 9. Work is to be completed by date certain, agreed upon by HACP and contractor, July 31, 2025 10.Provide cost for design/preparation/planting/mulching 11.Details of any warranty offered, minimum of 1 year protection warranty required 12.Provide guidance on matters related to garden installation, maintenance will be provided and performed by HACP staff The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
