**As of August 29, 2025, the project was awarded to Central Pro Services Inc but the awarded amount is not available.** 1) The provider will respond to requests for this service within any Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) communities within the city of Pittsburgh. See Attachment A for property listing. 2) This work will include all materials and equipment needed to complete suchrequests. 3) The provider will respond to each site as requested within 48 hours to assess the tub cut installation. 4) The provider will begin and complete the work within ten (10) days of the assessment. 5) The provider will start and complete the work on the same day. 6) The provider will be contacted by the Facility Services Senior Project Manager and/or the Site Manager to coordinate all work performed between the contractor and the resident. 7) The provider will bid a per-unit price for the complete job, which will be used for all tub cuts throughout the contract. 8) Work area to be left in a clean and safe condition. 9) No debris to be placed in HACP trash receptacles. 10)The vendor is responsible for obtaining all required permits.
