The Project Generally Consists of, but is Not Necessarily Limited to, the Following Major Items: The Town of Plains Water Supply System Improvements Project Includes a New Upper Lynch Creek Road Well and Replacement of the Disinfection Systems at City Well and Balch Well. 10362.001.00 Task: 045 Org. 000511 Final completion shall be no later than December 20, 2025. The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specifically stated in applicable parts of these Contract Documents, provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, facilities, and services necessary for proper execution, testing, and completion of the work. This project will provide the Owner with a new well control and disinfection building and existing water supply improvements at City Well and Balch Well and generally consists of the following major items of work: 1. New Upper Lynch Creek Well. 2. Replacement of the City Well disinfection system. 3. Replacement of the Balch Well disinfection system. 4. Other miscellaneous work as shown on the Drawings.
