The Forest Service Plains Thomspon Falls Ranger District on the Lolo National Forest requires contractor support to perform janitorial services at its administrative building. Seasonal cleaning of the bunkhouse bathrooms shall be performed twice a week from April 1 through October 31, along with a onetime annual cleaning of the bunkhouse between November 1 and December 31. The Plains Thompson Falls Ranger District administration building is located at 408 Clayton St, Plains, MT. Plains, Montana is located approximately 77 miles northwest of Missoula, MT. Please see the attached solicitation (1284LM24Q0018.docx) and Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) for specific description and details. PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL OUTLINED IN SECTION 12.0 OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (Attachment 1). Contractor personnel accessing Government building(s) will need computer access to complete this training. Please consider any associated costs for completing this training when formulating your offer as this required training must be built into the pricing.
