Description of the Work: Design and furnish Redi-deck bridge deck and furnish bridge rail for the Main Boulder Bridge in Park County. CONTRACTORS are not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. Questions received after January 10th, 2024 may not receive a response Site inspection prior to submitting a bid is encouraged. Acknowledgement of Bidders satisfaction as to the general, local, and Site conditions that may affect cost, progress, and performance of the Work is a condition of bidding on the work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the PARK COUNTY, MT, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The contract has a ready for delivery date to be set forth by the Supplier. The Supplier will be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000 per calendar day for time required beyond what is agreed to by the County and the Supplier. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which is at 9:00AM local time the 16th of January 2024 at the PARK COUNTY COMMISSION CHAMBERS, 414 EAST CALLENDER STREET, LIVINGSTON, MT 59047. Owner reserves the right to cancel or terminate this Bid, reject any one or all proposals received in response to this Bid, to waive informalities, and not award or if awarded, terminate any contract on the grounds of a determination by Owner that adequate budgeted funds to expend on a resulting contract were not available to Owner.
