Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Renovation of the existing Eskenazi Health Starbucks located at 640 Eskenazi Avenue, First Floor, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Architectural and Interior finish work includes, but is not limited to interior selective demolition, new interior finishes, casework, flooring, and ceilings. The MEPT scope of work includes minor HVAC re-work, electrical and lighting modifications and replacements, and new plumbing fixtures. The work will include the coordination and installation of Starbucks provided casework, fixtures, and equipment. Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Eskenazi Health, in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's total bid and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address as specified in the bid instructions.
